Coronavirus infections are hitting record levels in many countries across Europe and could cause 500,000 more COVID-related deaths in the next three months, the World Health Organisation said.

The increase in Europe’s Covid-19 marks the fifth consecutive week situations have risen across the continent, making it the only world vicinity where Covid-19 is nevertheless increasing.
